Digital Downloads
Because of the nature of digital products, we can not offer refunds for these. If you have any trouble printing or have questions, please feel free to reach out and we can try to help.
Physical Shipped Items
Physical products that are shipped to you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and the product must be returned in new, unused condition.
Our products are packaged well for shipping so we don’t expect this to happen, but if you ever have a product arrive damaged, please contact us and we will see what we can do. We may ask for photos of the damaged packaging and/or product.
